When you visit The Depot, what information do we gather about you?
We only gather information provided explicitly by you, the visitor:
Name, address, telephone number and email address (if you have one)
Credit card number if you place an order.
When you submit an order to the Webstore, it is transferred to our order-processing provider or Paypal, for safekeeping and continued processing of your order. We use military strength encryption technology to protect your information. From a security standpoint, it ensures that no one can steal your credit card number using the Internet.

SHIPPING POLICY: We use UPS to deliver our orders. Calculating Shipping Rates: We do not profit from shipping. Shipping costs are calculated on the website automatically by UPS during Checkout based on the weight of the items you are purchasing and the distance they are being shipped. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have an opportunity to reconsider placing your order . U.S. Flag Depot, Inc. strives to maintain it’s 1-4 business day average “time-to-ship”. (Time-to-ship refers to the time period between the order placement and the handing of the product over to the carrier for transport.) Our customers will be advised if “time-to-ship” will be longer than average. UPS provides a tracking number and we will update your order with the tracking information, as well as forwarding the tracking information to the customer when it becomes available.
RETURN POLICY: We believe that you will be completely satisfied with any of the items we sell. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please follow these instructions.

Please note: we cannot accept returns without a Return Authorization number. All returns must be within 30 days of receipt. We read every message we receive and try to respond within 24 hours of receipt. We save messages we think MAY be needed if the customer were to contact us again.
